Upon graduation, Birdy moved to Beijing to explore new opportunities in the insurance industry, joining an international European firm full-time. Two years later she moved back to Taiwan and joined Google as an Optimizer. She currently holds the position of Account Strategist in the sales team at Google Hong Kong.
“IAA provided me with a valuable skill set to prepare for the future. Although my art has become an avocation, aspects of my musical training at IAA continue to guide me along the corporate path. As a musician, I trained to be hard-working, diligent, and responsible for my own decisions at a young age. IAA’s environment was perfect for me to focus on my studies, but also provided a diversified setting so I could appreciate other cultures and backgrounds. My viewpoint is multidimensional, enabling me to tackle new challenges from several angles. I owe a lot of what I have to Idyllwild.”
